Even though Marvel hasn’t officially announced Black Panther 3, we’re quite confident it’ll happen. With $737 million worldwide as of December 9, 2018 thanks to the success of the sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, it seems clear that a third installment will be produced.
That might imply in other MCU projects, like the conclusion of Thor: Love and Thunder, but we have a feeling that a third film will be made. Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige acknowledged to Variety that “conversations” about a third installment had begun prior to the release of the movie.

What could be the possible Release Date for Black Panther 3?
Black Panther 3 has not been announced by Marvel Studios, hence there is no set release date. It’s unlikely that a third film can be released before Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, set for release on May 2, 2025, due to Marvel’s already-heavy production schedule in the next few years.
Though, Black Panther 3 might use one of the following 2025 or 2026 dates that are set for an untitled Marvel film:
- July 25, 2025
- November 7, 2025
- February 13, 2026
- July 24, 2026
- November 6, 2026

Since The Avengers: Secret Wars, set for release on May 1, 2026, will bring The Multiverse Saga to a close, it will be interesting to see if the third film is intended to be a part of that serial or if it will instead become Phase 7 of a whole new saga.
