The recently finalized divorce between Ne-Yo and his ex-wife included provisions allowing him to keep three of their four properties and a Bentley, as well as paying a hefty monetary settlement.
TMZ has received legal documents showing that Ne-Yo is giving his ex-wife Crystal Renay a $1.6 million lump sum in addition to one of their four Georgia properties and $20,000 to help with moving costs. Ne-Yo is also giving his ex-girlfriend a $150,000 car-buying bonus. He’s driving off in their vintage Bentley Bentayga from 2022.
The “So Sick” singer will also pay Crystal $12,000 a month in child support for their three children. He will also be responsible for all of the children’s educational costs. Ne-Yo must also pay an alimony of $5,000 every month for three years.
