There are currently as many superhero TV series on the air as there are possible types of superpowers, making it difficult to stand out. The amusing narrative of Jen, a woman who remains helpless in a world full of superheroes, ensures that Extraordinary lives up to its name and then some.
Now, that may not sound so funny, but don’t underrate this show. Extraordinary is the third Disney+ original series to be developed in the United Kingdom, following Wedding Season and Save Our Squad with David Beckham and it is also the finest. Below we have provided you everything you need to know about Extraordinary Sesaon 2:
Extraordinary Season 2 Release Date
It was announced at the January 24 premiere of the second season of Extraordinary. There were almost probably always plans for more episodes given that it was one of the first Disney+ UK series to be developed.
Production on Season 2 of Extraordinary has begun, so new episodes should begin airing sometime in 2024.
Check out this below tweet in which Tilly Pearce posted about that Extraordinary Season 2 will be available soon:
So hyped #Extraordinary has already been greenlit for season 2. I binged the whole thing the second I got screeners.
It’s just heartwarming stupid fun. Think Misfits but with a bit more colour. Definitely watch when it drops on Disney+. pic.twitter.com/rYVSLAJyZB

The Irish actress that plays Jen is 25 years old (she was born in January 1998) and is well-recognized for her roles in Belfast and Tell Me Everything.

Originally from Cornwall, Sofia Oxenham now lives in Los Angeles. She earned her BFA from RADA in 2017. In addition to her performances on Doc Martin, Dracula, Grantchester, and For Life, Oxenham has also played Tess Tregidden on the BBC’s Poldark and Eydis on Netflix’s Cursed. She has also made appearances on film, in Running Mates, and on stage.

What will happen in the Extraordinary Season 2?
After putting up with Kash’s terrible behavior for far too long, even Carrie has had enough. It’s not simple to end things with Kash because he always wants to go back in time and figure out what he did wrong. And he also hosted a great get-together.
Meanwhile, Jen finds that Jizzlord’s level of possessiveness is rising to an uncomfortable level, so she tries to ease off on the accelerator in their budding romance. Unfortunately, Jizzlord overhears Jen complaining about Kash to Carrie, and he runs off into the night like the stray cat that he is.
Prior to that, Jen had a talk with her mother, who had been a little envious of Jen’s bond with her late father. If you’ve seen the show, you’ll understand.
As the night progresses, Kash has a harder and harder time putting off the inevitable split. Despite drinking industrial lubricant beverages, which are illegal in the EU, he has now stayed awake for 28 hours straight, continuously rewinding time.
