Fauda is an Israeli television series developed by Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff drawing on their experiences in the Israel Defense Forces. On February 15, 2015, the series made its debut. Doron, a commander in the Mista’arvim unit and his team are the protagonists.

What Happens With Doron at the End of Fauda?
Doron does not perish in the final episode of Fauda. Doron is devastated by Yaara’s death at the end of Season 3 and begins the season isolated on his farm. Dabi hires him as a bodyguard when he travels to Brussels to meet with Omar, an asset in Hezbollah who appears to be in a state of panic.
Doron and his team start searching the city with the help of local law enforcement after Omar betrays Dabi and abducts him. Finding Dabi and his captors in a large apartment building, they attempt to battle their way to rescue him.
When Israeli authorities finally reach the room where Dabi was being held, they find a large quantity of blood and conclude that he is dead. Doron doesn’t buy this and agrees quickly when Mossad’s second-in-command, Raphael offers him a risky mission in Lebanon.
Under the guise that Omar needs her assistance in evading Hezbollah, he sneaks Omar’s sister Maya into Lebanon. Doron learns that Dabi is still alive when he catches up with Omar. After he and his team have rescued Dabi, they will turn their attention to Omar’s cousin Adel in Jenin.

How does Gabi’s story end?
Season 4 of “Fauda” does not end with Gabi’s death. Omar and his henchmen kidnap him and torture him to extract information. Although Dabi resisted at first, he eventually told them everything they needed to know. Adel takes his information and uses it to plot the assassinations of several prominent Israelis.
Only Doron and Dana managed to avoid being killed in all the chaos. Dabi is taken to Lebanon while everyone else is under the impression that he has died. A decision is made to turn him over to the Iranians and Hezbollah eventually agrees. The Israelis, upon learning this, will decide to either set him free or eliminate him as a threat. Dabi’s experiences up to this point pale in comparison to what he will face in Iran.
