Succession is an unusual show to get excited about, considering the primary argument for and against the show is the same: An obnoxious, wealthy family is at odds with the business they’re all trying to run. The trailer for Succession isn’t exactly riveting, but it tries its hardest, much like those for many other straight dramas. Someone is shown hurling papers and racing along an office hallway in the Succession Season 4 trailer.
However, it’s also important to keep in mind that succession is a hilarious topic, so make sure to read up on the jokes. The fourth season picks up after the silliest status quo shift so yet. With their father Logan’s (Brian Cox) secret partnership with his sycophantic imbecile son-in-law Tom Wambsgans, the Roy children were iced out of the family business (Matthew Macfadyen).

Given this cunning move, much of this season’s storyline will likely center on establishing whether or not Tom is still an idiot; nevertheless, the final comparison of his situation to “Israel and Palestine, but harder, and far more significant” does not encourage confidence.
