Secret Brett Kavanaugh Documentary ‘Justice’ Debuts At Sundance Film Festival

The 2023 Sundance Film Festival surprised everyone at the last minute when Justice, Secret Brett Kavanaugh Documentary related to the inquiry, Justice is sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh by Deborah Ramirez, debuted. Justice premiered on Friday night at, Sundance Film Festival, is the first documentary Doug Liman directed. Although he directed many other movies like Swingers and The Bourne Identity. Amy Herdy produced it. Justice’s movie premiered for the first time at Sundance’s Park Avenue Theatre, and there were only 295 people with less than 24 press members present. Af the film several unanswered questions are raised about the FBI investigation in 2018.

Questions start with Christine Blasey Ford, who asked Liman, why he chose this story to film. Liman answered that he chose not to include new footage of Ford in order to spare her the added scrutiny and threats. Deborah Ramirez is the main attraction who stated in 1983,  “Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.”

So here she also revise her allegation during the interview in the film, another side Brett denied all the claims. During the investigation, the FBI found “no corroboration of the allegations [of sexual misconduct].”

Kavanaugh’s classmate at Yale university Max Stier is also an important character, who runs a nonprofit organization for public service, in Washington D.C. He told the FBI and some other party members that, he “saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.”

But the FBI ignore him. Immediately after Justice aired the recording of Stier’s account, someone separately give the audio to filmmakers.

“This is something that I reported to my wife years ago,” Stier says. He also told that at a dorm party Kavanaugh and his friends asked to hold his penis in her hands, later put it into her mouth when she is totally drunk, and passed on the floor.  Despite this Ramirez’s classmates at Yale were also tired of FBI inquiries because Kavanaugh’s fried pressured them to give statements in their favor.

In the film, you can see a text message about how his friends talk about Ramirez’s allegations. At the time of testimony, he is adamant in his statement that he is not done anything in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and prepared false evidence according to the film. So after the 83 minutes film at Sundance Liman and Herdy told that yet the investigation is not complete. So we have no conclusion, this is not a final cut.
