This is a multilingual thriller series 1899 creat by Dark and premiered for one season. Although it has positive reviews and a good viewership, Netflix canceled it for the next season. The reason behind its cancellation is not clear yet.

But on Instagram, we get a statement from the creators, “With a heavy heart we have to tell you that 1899 will not be renewed. We would have loved to finish this incredible journey with a second and third season as we did with Dark. But sometimes things don’t turn out the way you planned. That’s life. We know this will disappoint millions of fans out there. But we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts that you were a part of this wonderful adventure. We love you. Never forget.”

Inside Job: Canceled 

This animated comedy series is also canceled in 2023 just after the first installment. It is officially confirmed by the creator Shion Takeuchi, who said, “I’m heartbroken to confirm that Netflix has decided to cancel Season 2 of Inside Job. Over the years, these characters have become real people to me, and I am devastated not to be able to watch them grow up.” She was even thankful to Inside Job fans, who appreciated her teamwork, she said, “to everyone who watched, thank you for coming along on the ride. Even though I’m sad, it helps to know that there are people out there who cared just as much about these characters as me.”

Dead End: Paranormal Park

Dead End: Paranormal Park is an animated series on Netflix, which is canceled after two seasons. Also its creator Hamish Steele said: “Obviously we never wanted this to be the case. In fact, we did a writer’s room for Season 3. We have scripts and designs and outlines ready to go. It was always the plan to give these characters the proper ending they deserve. But sadly, the powers that be don’t want anymore.”

Uncoupled

The Neil Patrick Harris-led rom-com series Uncoupled was canceled by Netflix after only one season premiered containing eight episodes. As it was released in 2022, it took place in the top ten most-watched series, but soon it was downed. It will be the reason behind its cancellation.

The Crown

The Crown is going to premiere its s*x season, which is declared as the last season. This series is based on the British Royal Family’s real-time events with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. So with Princess Diana’s tragic death, the series will end this year. 

Never Have I Ever

Never have I Ever, everyone’s favorite Netflix teen series also derailed its end. As this series is premiering its fourth season but definitely it will be the concluding part. The reason behind the series cancellation is the series creator explained, “four seasons for a high school show felt like it made sense. They can’t be in high school forever. We’ve seen those shows…Also, the actors get older and it starts looking insane that a 34-year-old is playing a 15-year-old.” Although its release date is not confirmed yet, in 2023 it will be dropped. 

The Umbrella Academy

The Umbrella Academy is going to drop its fourth season. This superhero series showrunner Steve Blackman already declared that it will be the last and final season. It will be short than the other three containing 6 episodes while others have 10. The series is under production now, so fans get ready to enjoy your superhero actions again soon. 

Young Royals

This Swedish teenage drama Young Royals will be ending this time after three seasons. Yet its third season release date has not been declared. But according to its first season date in 2021, and second season date in 2022, season three will be aired at the same point in 2023.  Now it is the time to say bye to Simon and Wilhelm this year. 

Firefly Lane

The Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke series confirm in 2022 that the upcoming episodes will be the final season of the series. The first part which is aired in 2022 contains 8 episodes and it comes to hear that the second season will be supersized with 16 episodes. This is set to air on June 8, 2023.

Manifest

This series was aired on NBC for the first season but later NBC canceled it and Netflix aired its second part including 10 episodes in 2022. With the last and third seasons, this mysterious thriller series will be aired in 2023. Though we have not confirmed the date for Manifest
