Soy Rebelde Tour Dates and Cities

RBD’s Soy Rebelde world tour is finally here, and they’re bigger and better than ever. Starting in August, the Mexican pop quartet will perform in 26 different locations in North, Central and South America as part of a world tour.

The tour put on by Live Nation is a celebration of the band’s 20 years together after they first appeared as a fictional band in the popular TV show “Rebelde” (which aired from 2004 to 2006). On January 27 at 10 a.m. in the United States and Brazil and at 2 p.m. in Mexico, tickets will go on sale simultaneously for all dates.

Verified Fan tickets for the U.S. shows will go on sale on January 25 and 26 through Ticketmaster. Tickets will be made available to verified fans ahead of time through a special invitation.

The tour will begin at the border city of El Paso, Texas’s Sun Bowl stadium, and will continue to stadiums in Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Los Angeles, as well as arenas such as New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Las Vegas’s Grand Garden Arena, and San Diego’s Viejas Arena. They will play at the Foro Sol in Mexico City, the Allianz Park in Sao Paulo, and the Olympic Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Anah, Dulce Mara, Maite Perroni, Christian Chávez and Christopher Uckermann, led by RBD manager Guillermo Rosas, have promised an “epic spectacle.”

“RBD is a cultural movement that has impacted two generations across the globe,” Rosas, who is executive producer of the tour, tells Variety. “I have been part of RBD since its first international tour in 2006 and for me to see the magic awaken again is a dream come true. We are beyond excited to put this show on the road and let the creativity flow.”

Before breaking up in 2009, RBD had become one of the most popular Latin acts in the world, having released nine studio albums in Spanish, Portuguese, and English and playing to sold-out audiences throughout the globe. More than a decade has passed since RBD’s last live performance (the group rejoined for a virtual gig in 2020), so when rumors started flying about a possible reunion tour, fans made their desires known by using hashtags like #RBDTour2023.

In 2020, the band’s discography was made available on streaming services, and it features songs like “Rebelde,” “Ser o Parecer,” “Nuestro Amor,” and “Sálvame.”

“It’s so weird because it has been 15 years and the music was not there, the videos weren’t there. It’s really weird that we’re getting all this attention from people again, but it’s also amazing,” Chávez said in an interview with ET at the time. “Every one of us is so excited about it and it shows us that pop music is still there, and the rebels are still there but in different generations.”
