Ronnie Turner singer and youngest son of music legend Tina Turner was found dead last week outside his Los Angeles home and the circumstances surrounding his death have now been disclosed.
On Thursday morning, a concerned citizen called 911 and reported that Ronnie was outside their house and having trouble breathing. By the time anyone noticed he had stopped breathing some minutes earlier.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner concluded that Turner died from complications related to metastatic colon cancer.

The L.A. County coroner’s office also identified the atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease as a contributing condition and concluded that Turner’s death was “natural.” According to the Mayo Clinic, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease occurs when the artery walls get stiffer and begin to obstruct blood flow.
Exactly what precipitated Ronnie’s medical crisis is yet unknown but we do know that he has been dealing with serious health problems for years including cancer. Tina’s eldest son Craig took his own life in 2018. Although Tina had Craig before she met Ike, he eventually adopted him after the couple tied the knot.
Ronnie meantime became a household name because of his performance in the hit 1990s film What’s Love Got to Do With It.

As far as we can tell, the victim collapsed and died on the sidewalk. TMZ initially reported that Turner had been found dead outside his Los Angeles home.
Tina Turner broke the news of her son’s passing on Instagram on Dec. 9, writing that he “left the world far too early.” Her spouse, fellow musician Ike Turner passed away in 2007 and he was one of their four sons.
Afida Turner a French singer who married Ronnie Turner the year after Ike Turner’s death announced his death from cancer on Instagram on the 9th of December. In another all-caps Instagram post, she expressed her sadness over the death of her husband.
“MY GOD RONNIE TURNER A TRUE ANGEL HIUGE SOUL HIGHLY SPIRITUAL MY HUSBAND MY BEST FRIEND MY BABY IYOUR MUMMY YOUR NURSE I DID THE BEST TO THE END THIS TIME I WAS NO ABLE TO SAVE YOU LOVE U FOR THIS 17 YEARS THIS IS VERY VERY VERY BAD I AM VERY MAD THIS IS A TRAGEDY U WITH YOUR BROTHER CRAIG AND YOUR FATHER IKE TURNER AND ALINE REST IN PARADISE SO UNFAIR,” she wrote.
