Justin Roiland Accused of Domestic Violence Charges: “Rick and Morty,” animated series co-creator Justin Roiland alleged domestic violence in Orange County, California connected to the 2020 complaint which is filed by the Orange County District Attorney. On Thursday, he presented to the court for a pre-trial hearing. 

According to his statement in 2020, he did not feel guilty and his attorney also said that his client is not a criminal, so close this case here. “We look forward to clearing Justin’s name and helping him move forward as swiftly as possible,” attorney T. Edward Welbourn wrote. The news channel reported that a “ protective order filed in October 2020 and documented in the court minutes said Roiland is not to harass, threaten or surveil the person named in the protective order.” 

According to our research, there were two complaints against Justin one is for domestic violence having some physical injury. Another is for false imprisonment, violence and other inhuman deeds. The allegation was filed in 2020, against Justin’s that-time girlfriend, Jane Doe.

Orange County Superior Court reports stated that he never feel guilty as he attends more than 12 hearings including the pre-trial hearing. But yet a trial date is not fixed. Every detail of the case is closed yet, like video footage, police files, investigation details, and other secret information. Even his arrest warrant is not open.
