RHOSLC season 3 reunion will be missing one of the cast members: Jen Shah. The reality actress probably lost her spot on the show when she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to conduct wire fraud in July. Due to this, Jen was informed by Bravo producers that she would not be attending the Season 3 reunion. She says she was dismayed to learn this because it prevented her from clearing the air with her co-stars about the “inaccuracies” in her account.

On Social Media Jen Shah Released a Statement in response to the RHOSLC Season 3 Reunion Invitation
When Jen was requested to attend the RHOSLC reunion a few weeks ago, she voiced irritation on Instagram at the demands made of her by Bravo producers.
According to her letter, she told Bravo that she could not talk about her legal case or sentencing “out of respect for the courts and a standing judicial order.” According to Bravo, they were hoping to talk about this “storyline,” and therefore this was not satisfying to them.

Jen was not interested in attending the reunion if it meant she would have to discuss her legal problems with everyone. Since that requirement doesn’t care about me or my loved ones, I’ve been advised by my lawyers to skip the reunion. I have to give my full attention to the people that matter the most to me.
Only Jen Shah did not attend the taping of the RHOSLC Season 3 Reunion
The reality star was invited to an event where Bravo executives hoped she would address her legal troubles, but the executives ultimately decided to film without her. TMZ has confirmed that Andy Cohen and Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, and Whitney Rose taped the reunion show on Friday, December 16 in New York without Jen.
After Jen skipped BravoCon in October, it seems likely that this will be the end of her time on RHOSLC. The event’s executive producer, Andy Cohen, hinted at this during a Q&A session.
Andy said, “Once we wrapped, she pled guilty and I believe that was kind of, regrettably, the end of, you know, the engagement there.” However, he later told Distractify that he is still open to working with Jen again if she receives a low sentence. He told us, “I really think that her future is up to the judge that’s sentencing her.”

Over thirty counterfeit luxury handbags and roughly forty pieces of jewelry were confiscated during a search of Jen Shah’s residence in March of 2021. RHOSLC Season 3 Episode 12: Lisa Barlow Becomes Frustrated with Meredith
In addition, Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks’ fight will be featured on the upcoming 12th episode of RHOSLC Season 3. On Bravo’s site, another sneak peek showed Heather, Angie K., Meredith and Jen talking about Lisa’s business.
The trailer then cut to a scene of Danna, Whitney, and Lisa chatting while lounging on the beach. A few days ago, Danna met several of her co-stars, including Meredith, Angie H., and a few more. Meredith had informed the ladies there about Lisa’s crowdfunding campaign there.
Lisa was irritated and furious at Meredith because of what Danna had revealed. Lisa said the other was trying to get even with her for her “hot mic” moment.

The official plot summary for episode 12 of RHOSLC season 3 is as follows:
“Darkness descends among the women as they search for the cause of Heather’s black eye in California; Lisa discovers that Meredith has been spreading rumors about her enterprises while the ladies are still in San Diego.”
On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 8 pm ET, Bravo will telecast episode 12 of season 3 of RHOSLC. The show will be available for viewing the next day on the network’s website and Peacock TV.
