50 Cent’s critically acclaimed STARZ series BMF Season 2 will premiere on its designated date and an action-packed, star-studded trailer has been released to build anticipation. It has been announced that the much-anticipated comeback of the hit series will occur on Friday, January 6 at Midnight on the STARZ app and at 8:00 p.m. EST on the cable network.
If Deadline is to be believed, BMF Season 2 will further immerse viewers in the growth of the Flenory brothers, Big Meech and Southwest Tee, as they look to expand their empire beyond Detroit and ultimately dominate the world.

The teaser not only teases future plots and brings up old ones like Meech and Tee’s disagreements with their parents and among themselves, but it also introduces two major guest actors.
Mo’Nique finally makes her Goldie debut after 50 Cent finally cast her in one of his programs from earlier this year. BMF welcomes back Leslie Jones this season to play FBI agent Tracy Chambers.
Snoop Dogg is back in his role as Pastor Swift in the Season 2 promo. However, Yung Miami is conspicuously absent from the trailer, despite the fact that fans have already seen her character, Deanna, thanks to her October announcement that she would be playing the part. STARZ had also given a sneak peek at the release in a tweet from the official BMF account that honored Mo’Nique, Yung Miami, Leslie Jones, and Snoop.

The premiere of BMF in September 2021 was STARZ’s highest-rated original series premiere ever and the network’s most-watched original series premiere of the year. Also, initial reports suggested that the premiere was one of the most actively watched series premieres ever. Even before its second episode aired, the show was renewed due to its overwhelming popularity.
Chief Executive Officer of STARZ Jeffrey Hirsch remarked, “Curtis ‘50 Cent‘ Jackson continues to uncover and grow stories like BMF that are culturally relevant, delivering the network significant untold stories that are extraordinarily diverse both in front of and behind the camera.” After that impressive premiere, we can’t wait to see what Curtis, Randy, and the rest of the award-winning cast have in store for us in season two.
The BMF Documentary: Blowing Money Fast was greenlit by STARZ two months later due to the show’s success. The presently showing documentary, executive produced by 50 Cent, is a companion piece to the popular series, which was initially intended as an eight-episode docu-series.
