Takeoff Death

Takeoff Death: The death of Takeoff a member of the multiplatinum rap trio Migos was reported early on Tuesday local time in Houston, Texas. He was 28. Houston Police Department Chief Troy Finner stated during a press conference on Tuesday that officers responded to a call of gunfire at 2:34 a.m. local time. A man was found deceased when police responded to a private party at 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston.

According to Sgt. Michael Arrington of the homicide division and two other people a man and a woman, both in their twenties, were shot and injured; they voluntarily went to the hospital and were treated for non-life-threatening wounds.

Police were told by witnesses who worked at the venue that a dispute broke out after the party ended and a big number of individuals gathered outside the front entrance. According to Finner, at least 40 people were present when gunfire broke out.

Many witnesses “ran away and didn’t stay around to provide a testimony,” Arrington added.

A member of the rap trio Migos known as “Takeoff,” Kirshnik Khari Ball was found dead and Finner has confirmed his identity as the individual responsible for his death.

Adding that Takeoff was highly regarded and calm, Finner stated, “I had many calls from Houston and outside of Houston, and everyone spoke of what a great young man he is, how peaceful he is, what a tremendous artist (he) is.”

I don’t think he’d want to get engaged… According to Finner, “there is no evidence to suggest that he was engaged in any criminal activity at the time.”

Mayor of Houston Sylvester Turner has stated that they had spoken with Takeoff’s mother.

It’s irrelevant how well-known you are. Turner implied that it was possible that you were not renowned at all. “Every life lost is a life too many, and for every person who dies, there are others left behind who grieve.”
