Shelia Carter is a famous villain opera soap, on American television. This character is played by Kimberlin Brown from 1990 to 1992. After then she appeared as a guest till 1995. Later Michelle Stafford replaces her and in the show, Shelia went through plastic surgery to get to look the same as Phyllis Summers. In 2017, Kimberlin come back to B&B and in 2021 also return but now again leaving the show.
