During a May interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” the Dark Phoenix actress revealed that she had welcomed a child with her husband, Cooke Maroney.

Jennifer came into “Ellen” nearly a month after the reports spread that she welcomed a child. When the show host DeGeneres congratulated her for holding a baby, she responded, “Thank you.”

Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney welcomed their little one in February this year.

Ellen continued that she previously lived in the same house where Jennifer is now with her child. DeGeneres stated, “Now I live next door to you, and I’m looking at you living in my house with a brand new baby,” adding, “By the way, I do hear you sometimes talking to him, and it’s charming.”

In early September, Lawrence’s representative Liz Mahoney confirmed that the actress is all set to welcome a baby to USA TODAY. Later, in an interview with Vanity Fair, Lawrence opened up regarding her expectations to “protect” her kids’ privacy.

She said, “If I was at a dinner party, and somebody was like, ‘Oh, my God, you’re expecting a baby,’ I wouldn’t be like, ‘God, I can’t talk about that. Get away from me, you psycho!’ But every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can,” adding, “I don’t want anyone to feel welcome into their existence.” “And I feel like that just starts with not including them in this part of my work,” Lawrence continued.

In October 2019, Lawrence married the art gallerist Cooke Maroney in Newport, Rhode Island. They started dating in the Summer of 2018 and the following February. The couple announced their engagement. Earlier, in June 2019, during a podcast with Catt Sadler, Jennifer Lawrence said that she was not ready for the wedding before welcoming Maroney into her life.

She confessed her love by saying “I just met Cooke, and I wanted to marry him,” adding further “We wanted to marry each other; we wanted to commit fully. He’s my best friend, so I want to bind him to me forever legally.” “Fortunately, the paperwork exists for such a thing. It’s the greatest. You find your favorite person on the planet (and) you’re like, ‘You can’t leave.’ “Lawrence continued.

We congratulate Lawrence and Maroney on their new journey of parenthood. Stay tuned to Venturejolt.com for more such news.
