Last year, People revealed that the actress was expecting her first child when Lawrence was seen hanging around New York City wearing a floral overall in which her baby bump was quite visible.
The news of their wedding was first reported by TMZ that the couple is all set to tie the knot on October 19, 2019. The same year, the actress spoke on Catt Sadler’s NAKED With Catt Sandler podcast regarding her wedding plans and when she realized Cooke was her man of dreams.
She evoked “I definitely wasn’t at a place where I was like, ‘I’m ready to get married,’” adding “I just met Cooke and I wanted to marry him. We wanted to marry each other. We wanted to commit fully. He’s my best friend so I want to legally bind him to me forever. And fortunately, the paperwork exists for such a thing. It’s the greatest. You find your favorite person on the planet and you’re like you can’t leave. So, I wanted to take that offer.”
Eventually, the pair got married at the Belcourt estate in Newport, Rhode Island, and the wedding ceremony was attended by A-list celebs including Emma Stone, Amy Schumer, Bradley Cooper, Adele, Ashley Olsen, Kris Jenner, Cameron Diaz, and Sienna Miller.

Cooke’s parents, Suki Fredericks and James Maroney have an Oliver Hill Farm in Leicester, Vermont. Reportedly, they became tired of living in the city and hence, moved to the north to begin a farm. Prior to the relocation, his father worked as an art dealer in Manhattan, and before that he worked as the Head of American Paintings at Christie’s. Maroney grew up with his younger sister, Annabelle.

Cooke is an art gallerist as he decided to follow in the footsteps of his father. Currently, he is the director of Gladstone Gallery which is based in New York City and has several high-profile clients. Reportedly, he had earlier worked with painter Carroll Dunham and then-boyfriend of Björk named sculptor Matthew Barney. Prior to starting working at Gladstone, Cooke served at Gagosian gallery following he earned an NYU art history degree.
