Nicole Covone Relationship With Lil Durk: What Led to Their Separation?
Nicole was born on April 25, 1990, in Chicago. In 2008, she began dating Durk and three years into the relationship, in November 2011, the couple welcomed their first child, a son, Angelo. They then tied the knot and in July 2013, the sweethearts welcomed their second child, a daughter, Bella.
Everything was going smooth between them until her husband, Durk hid a deep secret from Nicole that would have destroyed their relationship.
Soon after the couple welcomed Bella, Lil Durk’s third child Zayden was born and the news broke out in public.
And the shocking truth was Nicole wasn’t Zayden’s mother. Though Durk made sure to remain the name of that woman out of the press, he agreed to take his third child’s responsibility. She was due to give birth to her daughter, Bella that day and told the media that her husband is not guilty and she did not want to go into labor with him behind the bars. In 2016, Durk posted on his Instagram saying he wanted to take all of his kids away from their mothers in order to be able to raise them himself. However, the rapper acknowledged that the mothers of his kids were “perfect and good.”
Covone responded to this by asking him to stay off of social media and do better as a dad.
She further continued that though Durk was a “great father” to their two children, she was not actually certain what was going on with him at that time. She added that it looked like Durk “wants some attention” and that he “gotta be talking to his other 10 BABYMAMAS” in saying that he’s “taking somebody’s kids.”
She emphasized her point by stating “he knows it ain’t flying this way” and adding that he “stop the foolery.”
Who Is Covone’s Ex-husband Dating Now?
Currently, the rapper is dating India Royale and in October 2018, they welcomed their first child together, a girl, Willow.
In 2017, Durk began his relationship with Royale and proposed to her in September 2018. In addition to Angelo, Bella, Zayden, and Willow, Durk has other two children, Du’mier and Skyler, and both of them were born in 2014.
Durk has not revealed the name of the mother of Du’mier and Skyler.
