That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Release Date:

The second season of ‘That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime’ aired in two parts, the first from January 12 to March 30, 2021. The second season debuted on June 29, 2021, and concluded on September 21, 2021, after 13 episodes.

Here is what we know about the upcoming installment of the Isekai fantasy anime. A theatrical film adaptation of the series was announced immediately after the second season’s conclusion. The film is scheduled to debut in theaters in the autumn of 2022.

Even though there has been no official word from Eight Bit regarding season 3 of the anime, the film’s announcement is excellent news for fans who have been hoping for a renewal.

Aside from the source material, anime renewals are mostly influenced by the previous season’s ratings and the global fan base. In recent years, the Isekai series has consistently been rated among the most popular television programs, and its fan base has only risen.

The first two seasons have covered sixteen volumes of the same light novel series, and there is still enough material for a few more episodes.

Given that the feature film was announced shortly after the completion of the second season, we are unlikely to discover the renewal status and release date of the following part until next year.

The third season of ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’ is anticipated to launch around 2023, based on the previously provided information and historical season release trends.

What will the third season of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime be about?

In the season 2 finale, Rimuru employs all of his skills against Clayman, who has gained a few surprises. Veldora engages in combat with Milim, making it difficult for her to help Clayman as the Demon Lord turns the tables on the opponent.

Following Clayman’s awakening, his enhanced abilities make him look frightening for a while, but Rimuru ultimately overcomes him, ending their fight.

Early in Season 3, the repercussions of Clayman’s failure will become apparent. The Holy Empire of Lubelius, who earlier assaulted Rimuru under the leadership of Hinata Sakaguchi, the captain of the crusader warriors, will have to face the potential of retaliation from the protagonist’s men.

Despite the hazardous political circumstances, Hinata will most certainly meet Rimuru. Once the political arrangements are in place, Rimuru will organize a major celebration that will include a battle contest.
