Who is a part of the Leverage: Redemption Season 2 cast?

One of the show’s primary selling factors is its returning cast. Except for one actor, the entire major cast who brought the crew to life returned for Season 1, and it appears as though they will return for Season 2. (via TV Insider).

Gina Bellman reprises her role as Sophie Deveraux as the group’s leader. As in her former incarnation, Bellman portrays Deveraux as a larger-than-life woman who struggles to control a theatrical stage but manages to pull off the deception.

Christian Kane, a favorite of Dean Devlin’s Electric Entertainment movies, stars as Eliot Spencer, a strong guy with an affinity for gourmet foods. Beth Riesgraf returns to provide a new tale for Parker, one that continues her romance with Aldis Hodge’s hacker Alec Hardison.

Hodge was unable to return for the entirety of the season owing to other commitments. Rather than that, he returned for numerous appearances while the authors maintained the tale via brief remarks or phone calls with an unseen Hardison.

The two major additions from Season 1 are also expected to return for the second season, with Noah Wyle reprising his role as attorney Harry Wilson.

While he is still battling his demons from years of service to the wealthy and powerful, he is a useful asset to the squad. Aleyse Shannon joins the production as Breanna Casey, Hardison’s foster sister, and a self-proclaimed technology prodigy.

While she still has a lot to learn, she has developed a reputation for generating some really valuable ideas.

What is the plot of Season 2 of Leverage: Redemption?

The grifter, thief, hitter, and hacker arrangement established in “Leverage” was reintroduced in “Redemption,” demonstrating how certain things change while others remain constant.

Sophie Devereaux reunites the team (Parker, Hardison, and Spencer) following the death of her husband, Nathan Ford, a previous team member.

However, their mourning is short-lived as they find that there are still many individuals who must pay for their wrongs.

While Sophie is doubtful of her ability to repeat the feat, the former actress assumes the role of team leader. Deveraux is now guiding her companions into new con games while grappling with her grief.

Harry Wilson is not dissimilar to Sophie. Wilson is attempting to carve out a space for himself after being estranged from loved ones and grappling with regret about his judgments as a lawyer.

Wilson left the squad at the end of the first season. Meanwhile, Season 2 may look into how he’ll return or whether the lawyer would pick a different route away from his new companions, as his actor, Noah Wyle, suggests.
