City on a Hill Season 3 Expected Storyline

We can expect the third season to continue from where the last season left off so let’s take a dig into the ending of season 2 of City On a Hill. The last episode of the second season, “Pax Bostonia,” ends with a number of the characters featuring at a stalemate, whereas others were trying to look for a way ahead.

To her husband DeCourcy’s (played by Aldis Hodge) disgust, Siobhan (played by Lauren E. Banks) seems to be working for the ACLU in the upcoming season which will most probably lead to their persistent professional battle. In the meantime, after destroying his career during the OPR conference, FBI Agent Jackie Rohr (portrayed by Kevin Bacon) dumped his badge into the lake, “Dirty Harry” style, at the conclusion of the previous episode.

In the third season, the agent may dig even deeper into corruption or even take an exit from the Bureau and head off on his own. Following spending a lot of time hopping on to the border between corruption and law, it would be really intriguing to see Jackie as a rogue agent of sorts.

In the second season, we saw tales surrounding the IRA and Catholic Church corruption, both of which are heavily relevant to Boston history and perhaps proficiently explored in the upcoming season.  With the way the second season ended, the upcoming season may bring a lot of surprises for us but it will take some time. We will keep you updated with all the latest information until then stay tuned to our website.
