The Wolf Among Us 2, the improbable follow-up to Telltale Games’ mystery thriller, has been rescheduled for release in 2023. A new teaser provides us a glimpse of protagonist Bigby Wolf and his current exploits.
Wolf is a private detective who also happens to be a werewolf, navigating a world of broken fairy tales. The Wolf Among Us is related to the Fables comic book franchise and is set in the Fabletown area of New York City.
LCG Entertainment relaunched Telltale in 2019 after the studio’s demise and reinvigorated the project. The Wolf Among Us 2 is now being developed by AdHoc studio, which comprises former Telltale workers, including devs from the first Wolf Among Us.
The project’s directors Nick Herman and Dennis Lenart, writer Pierre Shorette, composer Jared Emerson-Johnson, and voice actors Adam Harrington and Erin Yvette are all slated to return.
